What is the best way to love someone? 

Anna must make a decision for her disabled sister when their caretaker mother dies: Bring her to live with her in New York, upending and reorganizing her life to fit Rosie’s specific needs, or, to leave her behind in a residential home, far from the daily love of family. If she leaves Rosie behind, will Rosie know she loves her? If she leaves Rosie behind, is that choice made of love, or necessity for her own life?
